His expertise in healthcare operations, acquired during his years at Hopedale Medical Complex in Hopedale, Illinois, proved invaluable in steering Reditus Labs toward success. Dr. Lawrence Rossi completed his pediatric residency at the University of Illinois-Peoria School of Medicine. He holds board certifications from the American Academy of Pediatrics-FAAP, the American Board of Anesthesiology, and the American Board of Medical Acupuncture (DABMA).

Michelle Anderson, Director of Operations, oversaw the Molecular Laboratory at the company. As a certified medical laboratory technician, she brought extensive expertise from her previous role as a hematology department technician at Unity Point Health in Peoria, IL. Dr. Anderson holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, earned in 1986. With a decade of active duty service in the United States Air Force, including completing his pathology residency, Dr. Anderson’s expertise was further honed as Medical Director at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Illinois.
